a. Return Eligibility
- Returns must be initiated within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
- No Deliveries: Sundays and Mercantile Holidays.
- Products that are perishable, personal care items, or opened food and beverages are non-returnable, except in cases of damage or incorrect delivery.
b. Non-Eligible Returns
- Products showing signs of use, damage, or tampering.
- Items returned without the original invoice or proof of purchase.
- Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page.
c. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or phone regarding the status of your return.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
